- Confirm you are signing in with the Microsoft account added to the LicenSweep dashboard.
- Confirm a Microsoft administrator granted the required application permissions.
- Include the approximate time of the error and the request ID shown by your browser, if available.
- Do not email passwords, Microsoft secrets, Stripe keys, or payment-card details.
